Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
This role supports PIL's Group Commercial Agency Management, Singapore Agency Customer Service department
- Ensure bookings comply with global standards, local requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to resolve booking issues and optimize outcomes.
- Support agency and HQ initiatives such as digital booking adoption and system improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Logistics, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of customer service or operations experience, preferably in shipping or logistics.
