As a Senior Executive Concierge you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and keeping day-to-day operations organized within our Internal Firm Services practice. As an Associate you will focus on learning, contributing to team tasks, adapting to changing priorities, and building confidence through direct exposure to varied stakeholders and fast-moving work. In this role at PwC, you will support office operations, respond to requests with care and discretion, gather information from multiple sources, and develop the judgment needed to navigate a client-focused environment while adding value to the team.

Responsibilities

  • Managing executive calendars, meeting schedules, and daily priorities to support smooth operations
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and itinerary updates
  • Handling confidential records, sensitive correspondence, and office documents with discretion
  • Preparing meeting materials, tracking follow-up items, and maintaining organized files and logs
  • Supporting guest services, front desk activities, and office requests with professionalism
  • Processing invoices, expense reports, and administrative forms using office productivity applications
  • Arranging meetings, events, and internal communications across multiple stakeholders
  • Monitoring office supplies, equipment needs, and routine clerical tasks to keep workflows moving

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Morning Shift required
