YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE(Senior Executive Assistant)
You will support the CEO in driving global nonprofit and purpose-driven marketing work, requiring strong judgment, discretion, and steady strategic partnership. The Senior Executive Assistant ensures smooth execution of priorities across administrative, coordination, and stakeholder needs, and may eventually represent the CEO in nonprofit initiatives.
YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERENonprofit & Marketing Program Coordination- Support the CEOu0026rsquos leadership in global nonprofit campaigns, including coordinating across partner NGOs, sponsors, and advocacy groups.
- Assist in the preparation of campaign materials, reports, and presentations for philanthropic and government stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal marketing and PR teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment in storytelling.
- Monitor campaign milestones, events, and deliverables, ensuring professional execution and follow-up.
- Set up of related meetings and administration task, reporting and other activities that drive non-profit results
- From time to time additional support across events or other non-non-profit activities as required.
Travel, Event, and Stakeholder Management- Plan and manage all travel and logistics for local and international engagements, ensuring smooth participation in conferences, summits for key nonprofit forums.
- Coordinate event and meeting schedules, RSVP tracking, briefing notes
- Support all aspects of CEO appearances in relation to non-profit, non-client work.
- Maintain meticulous recordkeeping and secure data management for both business and nonprofit activities.
Personal and Cultural Support- Handle select personal and administrative matters for the CEO with utmost discretion and respect for confidentiality as is required.
- Support internal initiatives that strengthen agency culture, recognition, and values-based engagement.
THE PERFECT MATCH (Experience)
- 8u0026ndash10+ yearsu0026rsquo experiencesupporting senior executives (C-suite or Board level), ideally within marketing, communications, or the nonprofit sector.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic administration, stakeholder coordination, and high-level communication.
- A strong grasp of marketing, media, and brand fundamentals, with the ability to support narrative-driven work.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and digital scheduling tools open to leveraging AI for efficiency.
