Role Description The Senior Executive – A & F (Accounts and Finance) is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasay, responsible for supporting and overseeing day-to-day finance and accounting operations. This position typically handles general accounting entries, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and maintenance of accurate ledgers and financial records in compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. The Senior Executive prepares and reviews financial reports, assists in budgeting and forecasting, supports audits, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders for timely financial closures. The role may also involve monitoring cash flow, supporting cost-control initiatives, and contributing to process improvements that strengthen financial controls. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to ensuring that financial information is reliable, timely, and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong accounting and finance skills, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and basic financial planning to support business decision-making.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, and compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-compliance healthcare environment.
