Title: Senior ERP Functional Test Analyst

Work mode: Onsite from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Monday and Tuesday; remote for the remaining three working days

Location: Makati

Required skills –

• 5 to 10 years of relevant ERP functional testing experience.
• Hands-on ERP testing execution experience. qTest test management tool and SAP S/4HANA experience is a MUST.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA E2E process understanding.
• Experience with test automation.
• Comfortable working in hybrid delivery models and coordinating across onsite and remote work arrangements.
• Clear communication skills for reporting risks, blockers, progress, and defect status.
• ERP functional testing across SIT, UAT, and regression testing cycles
• Defect management, issue analysis, and root cause analysis
• Test script design, execution, and evidence documentation, Test data management and end-to-end process validation
• ERP integration testing and cross-functional validation
• Quality assurance, testing governance, metrics, reporting, and technical documentation
• Requirements traceability management
• Good knowledge of System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Regression Testing methodologies.
• Experience validating business requirements, interfaces, and cross-functional process integrations.
• Understanding of ERP master data, transactional data, and data integrity concepts.
• Knowledge of defect management, test governance, and quality assurance practices.
• Ability to execute and validate end-to-end business scenarios across multiple ERP modules.
• Experience with core ERP functional modules such as SAP MM, SD, or Source-to-Pay processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA testing, ERP release testing, and continuous testing practices.
• Experience working in complex enterprise transformation or ERP implementation environments.
