Job Description
Location: The role may be based either in Isabel, Leyte or at TVIRD's Makati Head Office, depending on business needs and the agreed work location. Periodic travel to company project sites is required for ERP rollouts, post-go-live support, process reviews, and stakeholder engagement.
Objective: Serve as the functional bridge between business teams and the ERP platform by translating operational needs across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Site Operations into configured, tested, and adopted Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. The role will lead the Materials Management domain, strengthen process and data governance, support multi-site deployments, and help advance the organization's ERP operating model and long-term platform maturity.
Responsibility:
1. Requirements & Solution Design
Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Site Operations; perform process reviews, blueprinting, and gap analysis; recommend solutions that use standard Dynamics 365 Business Central capabilities wherever practical; prepare functional specifications for the applications development team; and present solution options, impacts, and recommendations to decision-makers.
2. Configuration & Testing
Configure assigned Dynamics 365 Business Central modules, with primary ownership of the Materials Management domain, including purchasing and payables, inventory and warehousing, item and vendor master data, requisition and approval workflows, and warehouse and location setup. Define master-data structures; design and execute unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance test scenarios; support performance and operational-readiness testing; and coordinate defect resolution before go-live.
3. Data Migration & Integration
Support data extraction, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and loading activities during deployments to new sites; reconcile pre- and post-migration data with source-system owners; and partner with application, data, and integration teams on interfaces between Dynamics 365 Business Central and adjacent systems.
4. Training & Change Management
Facilitate site-wide user training for new deployments and enhancements; develop user guides, quick-reference materials, and training presentations; and provide Tier 2 functional support as the escalation point after the service desk.
5. Site Rollout Support
Travel to company project sites as required for go-lives, hypercare, training, and process reviews. Site travel is typically periodic and may increase during active rollout phases. Partner with site leadership and process owners to drive adoption, resolve issues, and stabilize operations.
6. Project Management on Assigned Workstreams
Own assigned ERP workstreams from scope definition through stabilization, including milestone planning, risk, assumption, issue, and dependency tracking; coordination across development teams, business users, and ERP governance stakeholders; and regular reporting of progress, decisions, and blockers. The role is accountable for adoption and business outcomes, not only technical delivery.
7. Continuous Improvement & Cross-Training
Monitor system utilization, user feedback, recurring support issues, and process performance to identify optimization opportunities; contribute to the Dynamics 365 Business Central roadmap; partner with ERP governance and control stakeholders to embed appropriate controls during solution design; and build cross-domain capability with other ERP functional analysts to strengthen knowledge coverage and business continuity.

The role holder will produce and maintain key functional and project deliverables, including:
• Functional specification documents for assigned workstreams
• Gap analysis and process blueprint reports for reviewed business processes
• Test scripts, defect records, and user acceptance testing sign-off documentation
• User training materials and post-training adoption reports
