Job Overview
We are looking for Senior Equipment Engineers who will play a critical role in overseeing the design, maintenance, and optimization of our manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, hands-on experience with equipment maintenance, and a passion for driving efficiency and reliability in a production environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimal efficiency of all machinery and equipment used in the production lines to support productivity and yield targets
- Perform analysis on product quality issues caused by machine condition and/or machine parameters and initiate appropriate countermeasures to resolve and eliminate recurrence of the problem
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment
- Continuously monitor equipment performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization
- Determine opportunities to improve machine efficiency, machine takt time and/or machine design
Job Qualifications:
- With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in equipment engineering within a manufacturing environment is required for this position
- Solid understanding of equipment design principles, maintenance practices, and reliability engineering
- With Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment
- Shown advanced proficiency in using decision-making principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
