Job Description
- Implement Quality Management Systems.
- Manage timely and effective resolution of customer feedback.
- Works with operations team in addressing internal quality issues and RMAs per assigned area.
- Provide immediate quarantine and accurate disposition of non-conforming materials and products.
- Review accuracy of suppliers SCAR report and effectiveness monitoring.
- Maintain quality documentation, including procedures and work instructions.
- Analyze quality data and prepare quality reports.
- Support customer and internal manufacturing audits.
- Willing to work in a flexible environment.
Requirements/Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Min. five years experience as Quality Assurance Engineer in a Semiconductor or related Industry.
- Good knowledge and experience in:
- Semiconductor manufacturing processes and controls from IQA, assembly, testing until WH and Shipping.
- Good knowledge and experience in 7 QC tools, pFMEA, Control Plan, Why-Why Analysis and 8D Problem Solving methodology.
- Applicable standards to semiconductor industry
