Senior Engineer

Kodeacross is looking for an innovative Senior Software Engineer with a deep foundation in traditional software engineering and hands-on experience in Agentic AI Engineering.

We are looking for a builder who moves fast, thinks outside the box, and possesses excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical architectures clearly. You will be responsible for designing and deploying AI-driven systems and scalable applications using modern web, mobile, and backend technologies.

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems, AI workflows, and autonomous agents integrated into modern software architectures.
• Develop scalable web, mobile, and backend applications leveraging microservices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders with clear, proactive, and effective communication.
• Drive innovation by continuously experimenting with cutting-edge AI engineering patterns and modern software tools.

• Agentic AI Engineering: Hands-on experience building, testing, and deploying AI agents, LLM orchestration frameworks, and autonomous workflows.
• Frontend & Mobile: Proven proficiency in NextJS and Flutter.
• Backend: Strong expertise in NestJS.
• System Architecture: Solid track record of building and maintaining Microservices Infrastructure.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a strong plus.
• Communication & Mindset: Highly innovative, self-driven, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
