Job Description

This position will offer technical support for customer inquiries related to product pre-sales & post sales including commissioning and troubleshooting, service inquiries and other requests within the defined Zone or Countries. The role will require close coordination with key internal stakeholders to ensure customer inquiries, requests or complaints are manage professionally and in a timely manner.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage customer queries via phone, email, chat, portal and other media required by country /region of
  • Document all incoming calls using CRM
  • Perform Technical Support for internal and external customers across Schneider Electric's product portfolio, including Wiser solutions, EV charging stations, residential electrical distribution and protection devices, as well as other products defined by the local country organization
  • Training new joiners
  • Create and updating FAQ database.
  • Promote Schneider's existing and new products and solutions with a unique value proposition, cross selling and up selling with innovative, alternative solutions to replace the competitor's product.
  • Participate in various Technical & Customer Service Training Courses as
  • Escalating problems to Technical Support Level 2 and Level 3 when standard troubleshooting techniques and databases cannot provide an adequate solution.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics) or equivalent
  • Experience in technical support role advantage
  • Must be fluent in both English and required language (French)
  • Good knowledge of low-voltage electrical installations, particularly residential installations and associated protection devices.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, including PWM signals, VPNs, firewalls, and network ports.
  • Familiarity with the OCPP is an advantage.
  • Ability to support electricians working on live electrical installations.
  • Comfortable providing real-time phone technical assistance for product configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Must possess excellent skills in listening, expression and interrelationships, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
