Energy Management Engineer

We are supporting a global infrastructure and sustainability solutions organization that is expanding its Energy Solutions (District Cooling) business in the Philippines.

We are seeking an Energy Management Engineer to support energy efficiency initiatives, regulatory compliance, energy performance analysis, and sustainability projects for commercial and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate energy performance data

• Support energy efficiency and sustainability programs

• Participate in energy audits and performance assessments

• Prepare regulatory reports and documentation related to energy management

• Identify and recommend energy conservation initiatives

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding compliance and project implementation

• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and energy performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline

• DOE-accredited Certified Energy Conservation Officer (CECO) is highly preferred

• Experience in energy management, facilities engineering, HVAC systems, building operations, or sustainability initiatives

• Knowledge of energy audits, energy monitoring, and energy conservation measures

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Experience working with commercial, industrial, or infrastructure facilities is advantageous
