We are looking for seasoned candidates who are willing to be assigned to ROYU's manufacturing plant in Calumpit, Bulacan. Depending on their qualifications, experience, and area of expertise, shortlisted candidates may be considered for the following roles:
Senior Production Engineer (Plastic Injection)
- Oversees injection molding efficiency by solving technical issues, optimizing machine performance, and training the engineering team to meet production goals.
Senior Design Engineer
- Delivers high-quality products that meet customer requirements and quality standards by conceptualizing product designs and creating drawings and prototypes using CAD/CAM software
Senior Costing Engineer
- Ensure accurate sales quotations, and provide expert technical support for the fabrication of our products.
Senior Process Engineer
- Responsible for combining process engineering expertise with effective training strategies, empowering teams to improve productivity, minimize waste, and drive continuous improvement.
Senior Maintenance Engineer
- Ensure execution and documentation of maintenance programs and activities to support the company's goal of optimizing or increasing equipment uptime.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or similar degrees)
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the manufacturing industry environment
- Must be willing to work in a compressed, shifting work schedule
- Must be willing to be assigned in Calumpit, Bulacan
