Senior Electrical Engineer

Salary Range : 70k- 110k php per month + paid leave + bonus + benefits

WFH, working Australian business hours 9am AEDT Monday to Friday.

We are a premium Australian BPO seeking aSenior Electrical Engineerfor our client, a global renewable energy company specialising in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

This company leads the market in large-scale, industrial and commercial BESS with expanding capabilities across solar power and EV charging infrastructure.

We are seeking the country's BEST, please DO NOT apply unless (you will go through testing) :

1. Minimum 2 years working with an Australian Client and a strong understanding of AUS standards & DNSP requirements.
2. Minimum 4 years with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
3. Minimum 2 years designing protection and metering schemes
4. Minimum 2 years performing relay configuration and protection setting calculations
5. STRONG English language skills - written and verbal

You will be interviewed and tested on

• Design LV and HV panels, including:

Transformer sizing and specifications

Grid synchronisation systems

Lightning protection and earthing systems

AC/DC switchgear

UPS Sizing

Components selection

• Perform detailed electrical design, including:

Load lists

Single Line Diagrams (SLDs)

Schematics

Layouts, General Arrangements (GAs)

Bills of Materials (BOMs)

• Develop protection and metering schemes
• Perform relay configuration and protection setting calculations

Standards & Compliance

Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and DNSP requirements

• Degree qualification inElectrical Engineering.
• 5+ years experiencein:
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and DNSP requirements

• Performed relay configuration and protection setting calculations
• Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), or
• Utility-scale Solar PV systems
• Experience withindustrial electrical systems, including:
• Low Voltage (LV) power systems
• Control systems
• Auxiliary electrical systems
• Exposure to one or more of the following:
• BESS and PCS systems
• UPS systems
• Switchboards
• Industrial or power equipment
• Strong proficiency inAutoCAD
• AdvancedExcelskills
• Strong proficiency in English both written and verbal communication skills
