Job Specifications
- Lead the design and analysis of electrical systems for transmission and power infrastructure projects
- Prepare and review electrical calculations, load flow studies, and technical reports
- Develop and check detailed engineering drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Coordinate with civil/structural engineers, drafters, and project managers
- Participate in client meetings and technical discussions when required
- Support project planning, quality control, and timely delivery of outputs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred)
- At least 3–4 years of relevant experience in electrical design, preferably in transmission or power infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of power systems and transmission line design
- Proficient in engineering software such as:
- AutoCAD
- ETAP or other power system analysis tools
- MS Excel for advanced calculations and reporting
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently in a hybrid setup
- Must have a stable internet connection (minimum recommended speed: at least 25 Mbps)
