Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Performs basic to advanced modeling and drafting based on company standards under supervision of a leader.
• Designs and analyses interior system and components in cooperation with system engineers.
• Performs system safety analysis, including hazard assessment and fault stress analysis.
• Collaborates with other Engineering groups, Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Chain; Manages and meets cost and product weight targets.
• Participates in the validation of the product using different engineering methods.
• Engineering graduate, preferably Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
• Preferably with at least 4 years of involvement in a design organization producing component level design and Research and Development.
• Experience in any of these design software applications: CAD/CATIA V5/NX or other complex CAD software applications.
• Experience in Electrical Design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Good organizational and time-management skills
