Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Performs basic to advanced modeling and drafting based on company standards under supervision of a leader.
- Designs and analyses interior system and components in cooperation with system engineers.
- Performs system safety analysis, including hazard assessment and fault stress analysis.
- Collaborates with other Engineering groups, Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Chain; Manages and meets cost and product weight targets.
- Participates in the validation of the product using different engineering methods.
- Engineering graduate, preferably Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
- Preferably with at least 4 years of involvement in a design organization producing component level design and Research and Development.
- Experience in any of these design software applications: CAD/CATIA V5/NX or other complex CAD software applications.
- Experience in Electrical Design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills
