Senior EHS Analyst

Account Management Workplace Management

What this job involves:

Supporting comprehensive HSE operations

We're seeking a dedicated HSE Executive to assist in implementing and managing JLL's Global HSSE management system across assigned accounts under the guidance of senior HSE professionals.

In this role, you'll support compliance efforts with EHS laws and regulations across client portfolios. You'll assist in workplace safety initiatives by participating in risk assessments and helping implement safety protocols. You'll contribute to workplace incident management and support analytical reviews of safety performance.

You'll provide frontline support for workplace safety, first aid, fire safety, permit to work, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and emergency response activities. You'll assist in delivering technical guidance on risk mitigation while supporting communication plan execution for the account. You'll participate in routine inspections, reviews, and audits as part of the HSE team.

Collaborating with teams across APAC sites

You'll work closely with site teams to support adherence to JLL and client safety measures and procedures. Building positive working relationships with clients and contractors will be key to your effectiveness. You'll assist facilities teams in managing external and internal stakeholders. You may support procurement activities by helping verify contractor safety compliance with established standards.

What this job involves

Performance

  • Support technical guidance delivery on HSE issues and help communicate regulatory updates
  • Maintain awareness of current legislation relevant to assigned accounts
  • Help ensure facility-related risk assessments meet legal requirements and Client HSSE Standards
  • Support implementation of JLL Work Dynamics HSE strategic objectives at the operational level
  • Assist in managing operational HSE risks by providing support on health and safety risk management
  • Participate in account incident and accident investigations under supervision
  • Support development and maintenance of account HSSE communication plans

Leadership

  • Contribute to fostering a culture of safety across assigned areas
  • Build effective working relationships with Account Teams, clients, and third-party vendors
  • Participate in JLL and client HSSE program initiatives
  • Monitor third-party vendor compliance with JLL and client HSSE Standards

Standards

  • Support implementation and maintenance of JLL Global HSE operational controls
  • Assist in aligning JLL HSE practices with client HSE standards and requirements
  • Help deliver HSE training programs and utilize safety resources effectively
  • Support HSE strategy implementation for contractor and supply chain vendor safety performance
  • Assist in HSE program assurance activities while supporting account growth strategies

To apply you need to be / have:

The Candidate

Experience

  • A minimum 2-3 years HSE management experience, preferably working with corporate clients.
  • Basic understanding of the HSE regulatory requirement, particularly in APAC region.
  • HSE qualifications or active pursuit of professional HSE certifications
  • Experience with management systems and basic auditing principles preferred
  • Experience addressing HSSE issues in diverse environments
  • Real estate or facilities management environment experience advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively in team-based structures
  • Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Good communication skills across various organizational levels
