Sunbelt Products is a successful and growing eCommerce company based in Odessa, FL that has been in business for more than 15 years.  We own and operate several successful brands including Liquid stands, Pink Power, Sleepavo, and HTM Lighting.  We are a dominant 3rd party seller generating over $12 million in annual revenue across Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, our own Shopify stores, and other channels.  

We fulfill orders in our warehouse and we prepare for and ship products to Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS for them to fulfill.

About the Position - FULLY REMOTE

Sunbelt Products is seeking a versatile Senior eCommerce & Marketing Manager to oversee the growth and daily operations of our brands. Generating over $12 Million in annual revenue across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other channels, our business requires a unique leader who is highly skilled in both digital marketing strategy and marketplace management.

Reporting to the Director of Remote Operations, you will lead a dedicated team of channel and functional managers while remaining agile enough to assist with direct execution, primarily in marketing, as we grow.  As you drive results across both marketing and marketplaces, you will be able to add additional team members to help grow the business. 

Marketing & Shopify Growth: You will own the strategy and execution of our core marketing initiatives. You must have solid experience scaling Shopify stores, designing email marketing workflows, shaping brand strategy, and directing promotional calendars.  You will optimize functions like paid/organic social, email marketing, affiliate programs, creatives, CRO, SEO, and brand voice.

Marketplace Management: You will manage an established remote team focused on our marketplace channels. You must have strong experience in eCommerce management, with a primary focus on Amazon.  Your focus will be on leading execution, improving performance, driving profitable growth, and identifying new opportunities.

This position is fully remote and follows a Monday through Friday work schedule with weekends off.

What You Will Do

• Lead, manage, mentor and develop the Marketing and Channel Management teams.
• Set clear priorities for the team based on company goals, channel performance, revenue opportunities, profitability, and operational needs.
• Create and oversee marketing strategies for Shopify stores including CRO, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, social media, affiliate programs, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee 3rd party marketplace strategy and execution across Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, and other channels, including listings, pricing, SEO, promotions, advertising, product launches, and issue resolution.
• Review performance data regularly and turn insights into clear action items for the team.
• Ensure marketing and marketplace strategies support revenue growth, gross profit, advertising efficiency, conversion rate improvement, and overall channel performance.
• Maintain a strong, consistent, and positive brand image across all customer touchpoints.
• Maintain and improve team SOPs, reporting processes, and workflows to ensure consistent execution, accountability, and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in digital marketing, specifically within eCommerce.
• 2+ years experience managing an eCommerce team.
• Proficient in utilizing analytics tools to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
• Experience in managing online campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, PPC).
• Project management experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Strongly preferred:  Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central and 3rd party marketplace management.
• Proficient in SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tactics relevant to eCommerce.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of current trends in eCommerce and digital marketing.
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using AI tools and data-driven insights to optimize eCommerce performance, automate workflows, and support decision-making.
