Overview
We are looking for a Senior Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications and user interfaces. This is a hands-on role that combines modern front-end development with enterprise Drupal expertise, offering the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and Drupal
- Build intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences
- Develop and maintain custom Drupal modules and integrations
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, Project Managers, and stakeholders to deliver business-critical solutions
- Create wireframes and prototypes using Figma or similar design tools
- Ensure code quality through automated unit and integration testing
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides
- Promote engineering best practices and support knowledge sharing across the team
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Drupal 8/9/10 development and site building
- Proficiency in PHP, OOP, Composer, Twig, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Experience developing applications using React and modern front-end frameworks
- Strong understanding of database design, SQL, and Drupal entity architecture
- Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows
- Experience writing unit and integration tests
- Knowledge of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Next.js or other modern React frameworks
- Experience with Acquia, Pantheon, or enterprise Drupal hosting platforms
- Familiarity with monorepo tooling such as NX or Yarn Workspaces
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services
- Experience with contract-first development methodologies
