This is a senior management role with oversight of multiple Unit Managers. The focus is on strategic growth, overall division performance, and high-level leadership.
A. Minimum Educational Attainment & Legal Compliance
* Bachelor's Degree in any field (a Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing is a significant advantage).
* Must hold a valid PRC Real Estate Salesperson (RES) license,
* A valid PRC Real Estate Broker (REB) license is an advantage.
* Must be accredited by the DHSUD.
* Filipino Citizen, and at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
B. Experience & Skills
Experience:
* At least 5 years of extensive experience in real estate sales.
* Must have a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role (e.g., as a Unit Manager or equivalent) with direct responsibility for multiple teams.
* A proven and stellar track record of consistently exceeding division-level sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
* Demonstrated experience in large-scale team building, strategic planning, and business development.
Skills:
* Exceptional strategic leadership and organizational development skills.
* Mastery in advanced coaching, training, and performance management for managers.
* Expert in market analysis, business forecasting, and budget management.
* Strong connections within the industry and a vast professional network.
