Senior Division Manager

Description:

Philcare Pharma Inc. is looking for Senior Division Manager that holds a key

leadership position within an organization, overseeing the operations, strategic direction, and

performance of a specific division or business unit. They are responsible for driving growth,

profitability, and operational excellence while ensuring alignment with the organization's overall

goals and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute the division's strategic plan

in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.

Managing a team of employees including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating

performance of District Sales Manager and Professional Medical Representative.

Providing leadership to the department by setting an example for other employees

through work ethic, communication skills, and professionalism.

Developing strategies to increase revenue by identifying new markets, products or

services that meet customer needs.

Maintaining relationships with clients, doctors and other contacts in order to ensure

customer satisfaction and retention

Evaluate and identify improvement and development opportunities for the team.

Set and maintain competent product knowledge and selling skills standards within the

team.

Qualifications:

1. Photocopy of TOR or Diploma

2. Employment Certificate from Previous Employer or Acknowledge Resignation Letter (if

applicable)

3. 4 copies of 1x1 Pictures with White Background

4 copies of 2x2 Pictures with White Background

4. Photocopy of Birth certificate or Passport

5. Photocopy of Valid NBI Clearance or Police Clearance

6. Photocopy of TIN Card or TIN Number

7. Photocopy of SSS Card or E-1 Form

8. Photocopy of Pag-ibig ID or Pagibig Form

9. Photocopy of Philhealth ID or Philhealth Form

10. Photocopy of Marriage License (if applicable)

11. Photocopy of latest W2/2316 from Previous Employer (if applicable)

12. Any 2 valid IDs with the same address for opening of payroll account in CHINABANK.

13. MEDICAL EXAMINATION WITH FIT TO WORK (X-ray, Drug Test, Urinalysis, Fecalysis, CBC) - Test will be conducted to our accredited clinic (Medicard).
