Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and capture case information in the system following established procedures
  • Exercise sound judgment and perform thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy and prevent financial errors
  • Ensure timely, compliant release of life insurance proceeds and related payments in line with regulatory standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to enhancing team performance metrics
  • Support overall operations by handling assigned tasks and delivering efficient, customer-focused service

Required Qualifications:

  • Atleast 1 year of experience in back-office operations or shared services
  • Undergraduates may also apply, provided they have at least 2 years of BPO, back‑office, or administrative experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) familiarity with Streetscape, BPM, LARS, and licensing processes is an advantage
  • Amenable for fixed night shift

  • Strong background in back-office industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret data, system reports, and policy records
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
