Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

  • Set up new LTD claims accurately within strict timelines (within 2 business days), ensuring member eligibility and coverage through contract review.
  • Analyze policy provisions (e.g., qualifying period, benefit calculations, disability definitions, waiver of premium) to properly establish claims.
  • Follow up on missing requirements (medical or claim details) and respond to inquiries from Case Managers and clients.
  • Provide timely claim status updates and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Perform administrative support, including data entry, email inbox management, and adherence to special policy handling requirements.
  • Assist with coordination, documentation (e.g., follow-up letters), basic reporting, and other ad hoc administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree
  • Candidates with 1-3 experience in back-office operations or BPO industry are highly desirable. This includes familiarity with office management tasks, data entry, document handling, and providing general support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Amenable for rotating shift

  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools
  • Demonstrates effective communication skills, bo th verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to diverse audiences.
