The Opportunity | Senior Director of Talent Acquisition (Volume Recruitment)

The Senior Director, Talent Acquisition will oversee Talent Acquisition people and process operation.

It is a high-level, strategic role focused on leading and managing an organization's overall recruiting function. This role is responsible for building high-performing recruitment teams, optimizing hiring funnels, and strengthening the company's employer brand visibility across key talent markets. You are a key business partner, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains the talent needed to achieve its long-term goals.

The Responsibilities & Duties

People Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, train, and manage a team of high caliber leaders and recruiters, specialists, and coordinators, providing guidance to ensure the team is high-performing and motivated.
  • Promote collaboration and shared ownership across teams and stakeholders.
  • Build a culture that values transparency, integrity, and excellence in delivery.

Talent Management and Operations

  • Oversee the day-to-day performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring alignment with client hiring requirements and SLAs.
  • Monitor key delivery metrics time-to-fill, productivity, quality, and compliance and implement timely solutions to maintain delivery standards.
  • Lead operational reporting, dashboards, and performance visibility for executive review.
  • Drive accountability for performance through structured reviews, coaching, and consistent data-driven management.
  • Coordinate with day-shift and onshore leaders to ensure alignment on priorities, capacity, and resource planning.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Workforce, HR and other relevant teams to ensure seamless end-to-end recruitment operations and system effectiveness.

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy to meet hiring goals across diverse client portfolios.
  • Partner with business and delivery leaders to forecast hiring needs, create proactive sourcing pipelines, and ensure long-term scalability.
  • Champion initiatives that strengthen employer branding, candidate experience, and talent marketing.
  • Analyze hiring data and market insights to guide decision-making and ensure the team meets or exceeds service levels.
  • Collaborate closely with Client Operations on recruitment strategies to achieve common goals.

Continuous Improvement, Transformation & Innovation

  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, speed, and quality of hires.
  • Support the rollout of systems, tools, and analytics that elevate recruitment delivery and performance management.
  • Lead efforts to innovate sourcing channels, technology adoption, and data utilization in recruitment.
  • Foster a culture of agility, accountability, and operational excellence within the team.

What You'll Bring

  • 58 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or workforce leadership within BPO environment.

  • Exceptional Leadership: Proven experience in managing, motivating, and developing large teams.

  • Deep Industry Knowledge: Expertise in current labor market trends, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
  • Data Literacy: Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and use them to drive performance.
  • Experience: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with extensive experience in talent acquisition, often including a significant tenure in a leadership role.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
