The Opportunity
The Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for TP Philippines will lead and strategize recruitment efforts for Support, Leadership, and Specialized roles across the organization. This executive position is critical in ensuring that TP Philippines, a leading BPO provider, attracts and retains top-tier talent to drive operational excellence and business growth. The role demands a hands-on, data-driven leader with a proven track record in large-scale hiring, talent strategy, and stakeholder management within the BPO sector.
The Responsibilities & Duties
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies for high-volume support roles, mid-to-senior leadership positions, and niche/specialized hiring.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, HR, and operations to understand workforce needs and deliver on hiring objectives.
- Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, leveraging technology, analytics, and best practices to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Employer Branding: Champion strategies to strengthen TP Philippines employer brand and position the company as an employer of choice in the BPO industry.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Ensure hiring practices support organizational goals for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and organizational policies.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize recruitment analytics and metrics to inform strategy, report to executive leadership, and drive outcomes.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies.
The Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the BPO industry.
- In-depth understanding of BPO industry talent dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements in the Philippines.
- Demonstrated experience in high-volume support hiring, leadership recruitment, and specialized/niche talent acquisition.
- Proven track record in managing and scaling large teams and leading recruitment functions across multiple locations.
- Expertise in using recruitment technologies, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and talent analytics.
- Strong understanding of employer branding, digital sourcing, and social media recruitment strategies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to drive change and foster a high-performance culture.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
