About The Role
A leading and rapidly expanding
connectivity and digital services provider is conducting a
confidential search for a senior commercial leader to drive
customer growth and nationwide distribution strategy.
This role is responsible for leading large-scale consumer sales operations, expanding market reach, and optimizing multi-channel distribution to accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Lead nationwide distribution channels including retail, partner networks, and direct sales teams
- Optimize go-to-market execution for consumer-focused products and services
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity
- Drive sales performance through KPIs, incentives, and operational discipline
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer lifecycle value
- Identify and scale new growth channels and partnerships
- Build and lead a high-performing national sales organization
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in consumer sales, commercial, or distribution roles
- Proven track record in scaling growth and managing large sales teams
- Strong experience in multi-channel distribution and field sales execution
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA is an advantage
