Senior Director for Quality & Risk

We're looking for someone who knows how to bring structure to delivery not just talk about it.

This role sits at the heart of our operations, working across teams to make sure services are running as they should, risks are understood early, and quality isn't left to chance.

If you've spent time improving processes, leading audits, or stepping into messy delivery environments and making them work better, this will feel familiar.

What you'll be doing

• Leading quality and audit cycles across IT and ITES projects
• Running risk reviews and making sure issues are identified before they escalate
• Driving process standardisation across teams and accounts
• Delivering training and building awareness around quality frameworks
• Tracking and analysing SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives (Six Sigma, Lean, or similar)
• Working with stakeholders across delivery, operations, and leadership
