About the Role

We are looking for Senior Digital Workplace Engineers (L3) to support and evolve the enterprise platforms used by ANZ employees across New Zealand. This role sits at the highest technical escalation level for endpoint, VDI, and digital workplace services, working across Azure, Intune, Citrix, and Microsoft identity platforms.

You'll combine deep technical expertise with collaboration across cybersecurity, application teams, and change management to ensure a secure, stable, and modern employee experience.

What will your day look like

As a Senior Digital Workplace Engineer, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

• Acting as a senior escalation point for complex endpoint and workplace platform issues
• Supporting and improving Windows desktop and server operating systems, including:
• Group Policy
• Microsoft Intune
• Active Directory & Entra ID
• Managing and troubleshooting Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI, PVS, ADC)
• Supporting Azure Windows 365 Cloud PC environments
• Deploying applications and updates via SCCM and Intune
• Participating in incident response, change initiatives, and agile delivery work
• Collaborating with our key stakeholders:
• Application owners
• Cybersecurity teams
• Compute & infrastructure teams
• Change and service management teams

What will you bring

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Strong experience in Enterprise Digital Workplace / EUC environments
• Hands-on expertise with:
• Microsoft Azure & Modern Workplace technologies
• Intune, SCCM, AD, Entra ID
• Citrix VDI platforms
• Solid understanding of ITIL / ITSM, security practices, and agile projects
• Experience working in large-scale, regulated, or enterprise environments
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
