The Digital Sales Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and converting high-quality digital leads into sales. This role serves as the primary point of contact for potential homeowners and investors engaging through digital platforms, ensuring a seamless transition from online inquiry to property reservation. You will leverage advanced CRM tools and digital communication channels to nurture prospects and achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Management & Conversion: Promptly respond to and manage inbound leads from various digital channels (social media, website, and digital ads).
- Customer Engagement: Conduct professional product presentations, virtual tours, and consultations to guide clients through the Filinvest property portfolio.
- CRM Proficiency: Maintain meticulous records in the CRM system, ensuring all lead statuses, interactions, and follow-ups are updated in real-time.
- Omnichannel Communication: Manage client interactions across multiple platforms
- Sales Pipeline Optimization: Nurture long-term prospects through personalized follow-up sequences and email marketing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and streamline the reservation process.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on Philippine real estate trends, competitor strategies, and Filinvest's latest project launches and promotions.
Qualifications- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development. Experience in the Real Estate industry or a tech-driven sales environment is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: * Proficiency in using CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
- Experience with digital communication tools and lead routing software.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing funnels.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Mindset: Results-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
