- Design and deploy compelling lead magnets that effectively capture and convert prospective customers, nurturing them through our sales funnel.
- Utilize advanced LinkedIn marketing techniques to tap into niche audiences, create impactful campaigns, and grow our professional network, turning connections into conversions.
- Analyze performance metrics from various marketing campaigns, using data to guide decision-making, tweak strategies, and improve results over time.
- Work with internal teams including design, content, product, and sales to develop cohesive campaigns and collateral that resonates with our audience.

- Excel in communication and project management.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field a Master's degree is a plus.
We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you'll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:
- Generate a minimum of 1 qualified inbound discovery call per week (run rate within the first 90 days) using email blasts, social media content, and workflows.
- Grow LinkedIn followers and email lists by 10% month-over-month, while maintaining a positive growth engagement rate across company and personal posts.
- Own the overall content strategy for Talent Traction and Tire Talent, including content creation, image creation, and deployment on social media with 100% consistency.
- Own 100% of marketing project management, ensuring on-time execution across all initiatives and reducing CEO involvement in day-to-day tasks to near zero.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all podcast operations (episodes, guests, production, marketing), achieving consistent episode releases and month-over-month listener growth with 100% consistency.
