Purpose:
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will lead ITVT's digital marketing initiatives with expertise in SEO, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and lead management. This role combines strategy and execution to boost online visibility, engage customers, and drive lead generation. As a senior team member, this individual will also act as the right-hand person to the Lead Agency Team Lead, supporting leadership efforts and mentoring the team.
Area of Responsibility
Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Lead SEO initiatives to improve website rankings, traffic, and lead generation.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Develop and oversee content marketing strategies to align with business objectives.
- Manage and execute social media strategies, ensuring consistent brand presence and engagement.
- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and lead nurturing campaign, ensuring alignment with lead generation goals.
Lead Management and Reporting
- Oversee lead tracking and reporting in CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Align with sales teams to optimize lead scoring, qualification, and pipeline performance.
- Generate and analyze lead management reports, offering actionable insights to improve conversions.
Analytics and Optimization
- Monitor and report on KPIs across SEO, paid campaigns, email, and social media.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and enhance campaign performance.
- Present regular updates to leadership on successes, challenges, and recommendations.
Leadership and Collaboration
- Support the Marketing Team Lead in overseeing team operations and decision-making.
- Mentor junior team members to foster growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional marketing efforts to ensure alignment with company goals.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Work Experience
- At least 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in SEO, paid advertising, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong experience in developing and executing content marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing (Customer Insights – Journeys), HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Has leadership experience of at least 2 years, handling junior team members to foster growth, skill development, and team operations.
