We are seeking a seasoned and results-drivenSenior Digital Marketing Managerto lead and execute marketing initiatives for the Philippines. This role will be responsible for driving high-impact campaigns across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute overall marketing strategies for the Philippines, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with the Regional Marketing Director to oversee key marketing functions including Performance Marketing, Social Media, Organic Channels, Creatives, and Partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify insights and translate them into effective marketing and branding strategies for Flowerstore Group.
- Own day-to-day operations of the marketing team, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and meet performance targets.
- Identify growth opportunities by optimizing existing campaigns and exploring new channels to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Analyze key marketing metrics and performance data to generate actionable insights and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans, promotional campaigns, and product launches to drive engagement and sales.
- Conduct regular team check-ins to review performance, address challenges, and implement improvements.
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in an analytical marketing role, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and performance measurement.
- Proven experience in digital, organic, and offline marketing channels.
- Strong hands-on experience in paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).
- Solid understanding of marketing analytics, performance tracking, and attribution.
- Demonstrated ability to execute high-performing campaigns, even under budget constraints.
- Experience managing and mentoring a marketing team.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in e-commerce or hyper-growth environments is a plus.
- Working knowledge of AI tools and their application in marketing workflows is a plus.
