Job Description

Overview

The Senior Digital & Brand Designer drives endtoend creative development for multichannel marketing content, transforming strategic briefs into highquality visual assets, templates, and scalable design systems. This role ensures that all design outputs meet enterprise brand, accessibility, and compliance standards while enabling modular, performanceready content across B2B, B2C, and provider audiences. The designer will guide team members, partner crossfunctionally, and contribute to continuous improvements in brand systems and design operations.

Key Responsibilities

EndtoEnd Design Leadership

  • Lead the full design lifecycle for multichannel content, including digital/social assets, email/SMS, direct mail, thoughtleadership materials, and event/executive deliverables.
  • Translate briefs into polished visual concepts, templates, and productionready assets.

Design Systems, Brand Governance & Accessibility

  • Define and evolve visual systemssuch as layout frameworks, component libraries, iconography, and motion guidelines.
  • Ensure all outputs align with enterprise brand standards and cobranding rules.
  • Apply and champion accessibility best practices (e.g., WCAG contrast, typography, structure, alt text) and incorporate compliance annotations as required.

CrossFunctional Collaboration & Content Enablement

  • Partner with content managers and copywriters to build scalable, modular design patterns that support personalization and audiencespecific adaptations.
  • Collaborate with campaign, program, and analytics teams to ensure assets are measurementready (UTMs, metadata, alt text, trackable formats) and iterate based on performance insights.

Quality Assurance, Approvals & Compliance

  • Own design QA, routing, and version control for regulated environments, ensuring accuracy, readability, and compliance (including HIPAAsensitive contexts where applicable).
  • Maintain organized files, documentation, and auditready asset histories.

Event & Experience Design

  • Create eventrelated assets such as booth screens, brochures, executive presentations, demo flows, and session materials.
  • Optimize content for preevent promotion, onsite experiences, and postevent followups.

Design Operations, Systems Management & Mentorship

  • Ensure teams have access to brand templates, layout guides, and enterprise design resources.
  • Contribute improvements to shared design libraries, templates, and DAM/CMS structures.
  • Mentor junior designers, providing guidance on craft, process, and design best practices.

Qualifications

  • 710+ years of experience in brand and marketing design within enterprise or regulated industries; healthcare or complex B2B/B2C experience preferred.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; strong presentation design capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of DAM/CMS platforms, WCAG accessibility standards, and production specifications.
  • Demonstrated experience developing component libraries, templates, and scalable design systems.
  • Strong collaboration skills with content, product marketing, operations, and campaign teams; comfortable engaging with executives and navigating structured reviews.
  • A portfolio showcasing multichannel design, including digital/social, email/direct mail, events, video graphics, and thoughtleadership contentwith examples tied to measurable impact.
  • BA/BS in Design, Visual Communication, or related field; motion or interactive design experience is a plus.
