The Senior Digital Acquisition and Affiliate Manager will lead the end-to-end digital customer acquisition and strategic partnership initiatives to expand UnionBank's digital product footprint. Own campaign P&L, partnerships roadmap, and drive performance through data-driven optimization and cross-functional execution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Digital Acquisition Strategy & Campaign Management
- Design & execute multi-channel campaigns (SMS, EDM, social, affiliates, display, etc)
- Define KPIs (conversion, CPL, CPM), track performance, and optimize using analytics.
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, Marketing, Legal and Compliance to align offers and conversions.
2. Partnership Development & Management
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard strategic partners (fintechs, aggregators, brands) for customer acquisition and embedded offerings.
- Own GTM strategy from proposition through implementation, launch, activation, and ongoing performance tracking.
- Manage end-to-end partner SLAs, incentive structures, revenue share, compliance, and monthly business reviews.
3. Data, Measurement & Reporting
- Analyze campaign/partnership performance; surface insights and recommend strategic optimization.
- Build dashboards and deliver regular updates to senior stakeholders.
4. Budget & Revenue Accountability
- Develop and own P&L for acquisition campaigns and partnership pipelines. Channel budget planning, ROI, and cost management.
5. Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution
- Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, Legal & Ops to embed campaigns and execute partner integrations smoothly.
- Run agile projects end-to-endscoping, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live support.
- Manage external agencies and partner success teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field is required
- 510 years of digital acquisition, partnerships, product marketing, or related (preferably in banking, fintech, e-commerce)
- Experience in paid social, affiliate & email channels, Google Ads, tracking, analytics
- Led end-to-end digital product integrations with IT, Risk, Compliance
- Experience negotiating & managing revenue-sharing, embedded and co-branded financial products
- Familiarity with affiliate networks, campaign platforms, marketing automation, CRM
- Analytical thinking, effective communication, persuasion, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Knowledgeable about regulatory requirements, digital advertising guidelines in banking
- Independent leadership of cross-functional teams; stakeholder alignment and accountability
