Responsibilities
- Involved in the entire creative process from concept to final artwork release.
- Manage creative development for all assigned category brands
- Art directs and designs to achieve optimal creative solutions
- Ensure adherence to brand style guides
- Challenge the status quo, identify enhancement opportunities, and ensure high-quality design output
- Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely completion of designs while adhering to legal and regulatory compliance
- Facilitate open communication within the team throughout the project life cycles
- Lead kick-off and pre-production meetings for new projects
- Prioritize workload, seek answers proactively, and meet deadlines
- Cultivate strong internal partnerships and collaborate across stakeholders
- Take ownership and ensure the quality of work.
Qualifications
- Adept in creative ideation, visual communication design, and showcases proven expertise in advertising and shopper marketing across retail, digital, social media, and e-commerce channels.
- 5+ years of graphic design experience.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Illustration, Digital, or related field.
- Proficiency in Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Microsoft Office Suite, and Keynote.
- Expertise in print production techniques.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
