As our ideal candidate, youre not just a designer youre a creative force with a strong strategic outlook. You bring extensive experience in branding, web design, and social media design, along with the ability to excel both independently and in collaboration. You understand how to bring brands to life visually, using typography, color, and dynamic visuals. You also have a solid grasp of web design, including SEO, mobile-first design, and best practices for the web.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unleash your creativity and develop concepts using both digital tools and traditional methods like sketching.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of brand identity, typography, color theory, and design systems.
- Design responsive websites, PPC landing pages, and site templates with a mobile-first approach.
- Execute a wide range of design tasks, including web banners, email campaigns, social media content, brochures, posters, and tradeshow booth designs.
- Fully understand the creative and marketing objectives of each project and refine briefs when necessary.
- Independently manage time and workload to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and web design team to optimize web design, site architecture, user experience, and navigation.
- Source and integrate high-quality images to enhance both online and offline creative projects.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the design and production process.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging technologies, such as AI, through continuous learning.
Job Requirements:
- Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, and WordPress. Experience with Figma is a bonus.
- Strong passion for user-centered design with professional experience to back it up.
- Experience in the Optical or Aesthetics industry is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in design, creating impactful visuals that captivate and inspire.
- A Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Advanced (5 - 7 years)
