Job Summary
We are seeking a Demand Planning Supervisor to lead demand forecasting and replenishment activities, ensuring optimal inventory levels and product availability. The role collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to develop accurate forecasts, monitor replenishment performance, analyze inventory trends, and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate has strong analytical, planning, and team leadership skills. Candidates must be willing to work in Parañaque City.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and update demand forecasts based on sales history, promotions, seasonality, and market trends.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising to gather inputs for demand planning.
- Oversee replenishment activities and ensure timely product ordering.
- Supervise and coach replenishment specialist for effective performance.
- Prepare monthly reports on forecast accuracy, stock levels, and replenishment performance.
- Implement best practices to improve demand planning and replenishment processes.
Job Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is generally preferred, with a focus on business administration, supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- With experience in ERP system like SAP
- A strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is essential for data analysis, report building, and creating dashboards.
- 2–3 years of experience in Demand Replenishment
