Job Summary:
The Demand Replenishment Supervisor manages forecasting and replenishment to ensure accurate demand plans and optimal inventory levels. The role updates forecasts using sales trends and market insights, coordinates with key teams for planning inputs, oversees timely product ordering, and leads the Replenishment Specialist. It also prepares monthly reports on forecast accuracy, stock levels, and replenishment performance.
Job Descriptions:
- Prepare, review, and update demand forecasts based on sales history, promotions, seasonality, and market trends.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising to gather inputs for demand planning.
- Oversee replenishment activities and ensure timely product ordering.
- Supervise and coach replenishment specialist for effective performance.
- Prepare monthly reports on forecast accuracy, stock levels, and replenishment performance.
Job Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is generally preferred, with a focus on business administration, supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in Demand Replenishment, along with strong leadership and organizational skills
- With experience in ERP system like SAP
