We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager – Gen AI to lead AI-driven transformation initiatives and drive the adoption of cutting-edge AI tools across client accounts. This role combines deep delivery management expertise with a strong technical background to deliver impactful, AI-augmented solutions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and drive ELITEA and Copilot adoption in the client account
- Lead AI-driven transformation initiatives across delivery teams
- Oversee delivery management and project management activities
- Conduct code reviews and ensure clean code practices are followed
- Manage CI/CD pipeline implementation and optimization
- Define and govern solution and technical architecture of the projects
- Drive AI adoption and AI-driven delivery across the account
- Establish and monitor delivery metrics to ensure quality outcomes
- Provide people management and team leadership
- Ensure adherence to AI ethics, risk and governance standards
Requirements
- 16-18 years of experience in software development
- Background in development with AI-driven transformation initiatives
- Expertise in delivery management and project management
- Proficiency in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline and clean code practices
- Competency in solution and technical architecture of projects
- Knowledge of AI ethics, risk and governance
- Skills in AI adoption, AI-driven delivery and AI-augmented delivery thinking
- Capability to define and track delivery metrics
- Showcase of people management
- Strong EngX experience
