Senior Delivery Manager

Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week to apply.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 5 PM - 1 AM / 4 PM - 12 AM Manila time, overlaps with UK operating hours and possible out of hours may be required based on business operation demands

Employment type: Permanent

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila

Pay range: Php 104,000 to 142,000

What will you do as a Senior Delivery Manager

Reporting to the Delivery Leads/Senior Delivery Manager, you'll manage end-to-end delivery from discovery to live service. You'll work closely with Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders to align priorities, manage risks, and ensure solutions are secure, reliable, and compliant.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading agile delivery across multiple teams
  • Managing dependencies, risks, and releases to ensure quality and stability
  • Embedding non-functional requirements (security, resilience, performance)
  • Driving continuous improvement and a collaborative team culture
  • Partnering with internal teams and external vendors

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role

You have strong experience leading agile software delivery, with exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and modern delivery practices, coordinating cross-functional teams (including onshore and offshore), and confidently engaging stakeholders.

Essential:

  • At least 5 years experience in technical delivery management of complex product/application solutions
  • Strong experience leading or enabling software delivery agile teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Influence delivery teams with strong technical expertise
  • Experience with delivery planning, estimation, prioritisation, and risk management
  • Hands-on responsibility for leading and managing a product/ an application's release, change, and incident management
  • Experience working in cross‑functional, distributed teams, including onshore and offshore collaboration

Desirable:

  • Understanding of the strengths and limits of agile methods
  • A passion for continuous improvement, learning, and experimentation
  • Deliver functionality and capabilities that enhance business values while ensuring secure, high‑performing products
