JOB Description :

1. 12-16 years overall experience,
2. 8+ yrs into Finance Delivery management
3. Including substantial delivery / programme management experience in banking or regulated financial services.

Must-Have*:

• Proven end-to-end delivery management of complex, cross-functional banking change.

• Strong integrated planning, milestone, critical-path and dependency management disciplines.

• Effective RAID, decision-log, escalation and recovery-planning capability.

• Experience coordinating Finance, Technology, Data, Operations and programme stakeholders.

• Testing governance, defect triage, evidence collection, sign-off and implementation readiness.
