Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Delivery Enablement Lead (Agile & Flow) to drive internal platform execution within our Frontier Platform team.
This role is responsible for ensuring predictable, standardized, and high-performance delivery across internal initiatives using 2-week sprint cycles.
This is not a traditional Scrum Master role.
You will operate on a system level, ensuring that delivery is:
- Scalable
- Standardized
- AI-enabled
- Flow-optimized
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Sprint Execution & Flow Optimization
- Establish and enforce 2-week sprint cadence across all Frontier Platform initiatives.
- Ensure clear sprint goals, stable scope, and predictable delivery outcomes.
- Optimize delivery flow across initiatives, not just within teams.
- Drive improvements in cycle time, throughput, delivery predictability
2. Systemic Impediment Management
- Identify and eliminate structural bottlenecks across: processes, systems, cross-team dependencies (Address root causes, not symptoms; Escalate effectively within Frontier governance when needed)
3. Standardization of Delivery
- Define and enforce: standard sprint structures, definition of done, delivery artifacts and workflows
- Eliminate: inconsistent practices, team-specific deviations, shadow processes
- Ensure alignment with core principles: standard before customization, one system per purpose
4. Platform Integration & System Alignment
- Ensure all initiatives are aligned with: Frontier Platform architecture, system landscape (Dynamics, data platform, AI layer)
- Enable seamless integration into: Lead-to-Order (L2O), Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Work closely with: Head of Business Systems & Data, Head of Process & AI Enablement
5. AI & Automation Enablement
- Drive adoption of: GitHub Copilot, Azure DevOps automation, AI-supported development workflows
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, increase delivery speed, improve productivity per FTE
6. KPI-driven Transparency & Control
- Establish and maintain visibility on key delivery metrics:
- Delivery Cycle Time
- Throughput (initiatives per sprint)
- Blocker Rate
- Plan vs. Actual delivery variance
- AI utilization
Focus on system KPIs, not team-level vanity metrics.
7. Cross-Team Coordination
- Manage dependencies across platform initiatives, technical teams, architecture and operations
- Ensure alignment and synchronization across the system

- Stable and predictable 2-week sprint execution
- Reduced cycle times and increased throughput
- High level of delivery standardization
- Effective removal of systemic blockers

QUALIFICATIONS:
Background
- Proven experience in Agile roles such as: Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Lead
- Experience in complex, multi-team environments
- Ideally experience in platform, product, or system-driven organizations
Skills
- Strong understanding of Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban, Flow), delivery optimization, dependency management
- Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to think and operate systemically, not only within teams
Technical Expertise:
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Repos), CI/CD fundamentals
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, AI-supported engineering workflows
