Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist who will play a key role within the Digital Factory, to help turn data into valuable insights that support business decisions. In this role, you will build and manage data solutions—from collecting and preparing data, to analyzing it and presenting results through reports and dashboards.
You will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure data is accurate, reliable, and easy to use.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Management and Processing
- Build and maintain data pipelines to collect, clean, and organize data
- Ensure data is processed efficiently and remains reliable
- Work with teams to follow best practices for data quality and management
- Help automate data workflows and improve processes over time
2. Data Quality and Business Datasets
- Create and maintain high-quality, business-ready datasets
- Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and available when needed
- Document data sources and definitions clearly
- Partner with stakeholders to define key metrics and ensure alignment
- Monitor data to ensure it stays up to date and complete
3. Data Analysis and Modeling
- Explore data to identify trends and insights
- Build models or use statistical methods to solve business problems
- Translate business questions into data-driven solutions
- Support testing and experimentation to improve outcomes
4. Reporting and Visualization
- Prepare data for dashboards and reports (e.g., Tableau or similar tools)
- Ensure reports are based on trusted, consistent data sources
- Design clear and easy-to-understand visualizations
- Improve report performance and refresh speed

- Familiarity with automation or scripting tools is a plus
