Senior Data Scientist

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior / Staff Data Scientist with strong experience across Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and Generative AI to build and deploy production-ready data and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks and PySpark.
• Develop and deploy machine learning and AI solutions in production.
• Build AI agents, RAG, and LLM-based applications for enterprise use cases.
• Implement data quality, monitoring, governance, and MLOps/LLMOps practices.
• Partner with engineering and business teams to deliver data and AI solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other data/AI professionals.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, ML Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and Python.
• Proven experience in large-scale ETL/ELT and production data systems.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI/LLMs and AI Agents.
• Strong experience with RAG, tool/function calling, embeddings, and LLM evaluation.
• Experience deploying and monitoring ML/AI solutions in production.
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps and at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong software engineering practices, including Git, testing, and code review.
• Ability to operate at a Senior/Staff level and work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
