Job Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions across various business units.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and data-driven decision-making.
Architect scalable machine learning systems and ensure robust model lifecycle management.
Mentor and guide junior data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Drive strategic initiatives in AI governance, ethical AI practices, and model interpretability.
Communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and influence data strategy at the enterprise level.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in AI engineering, machine learning, and data science, with a strong portfolio of deployed solutions.
5+ years of experience in data science roles.
2+ years in a leadership capacity is desireable.
Proficient in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps frameworks.
Strong understanding of data architecture, model optimization, and performance tuning.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Passionate about mentoring and developing talent within the team.
