Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake/AWS)

Role:

• We are looking for an experienced senior data engineer (Snowflake/AWS) to design, build and operate reliable cloud-based data solutions.
• This is a hands-on engineering role where you will work across the full data engineering lifecycle — from developing data pipelines and improving data warehouse performance to troubleshooting production issues.
• You will contribute to data infrastructure that supports business analytics, operational processes and AI-related applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain data pipelines and data warehousing solutions using Snowflake and AWS.
• Build and improve data ingestion, transformation and integration processes.
• Write clean, reliable and maintainable code following software engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve data pipeline reliability.
• Identify opportunities to improve data processing performance and efficiency.
• Apply data quality and security practices to support reliable data solutions.
• Contribute to data infrastructure supporting analytics and AI applications.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver practical data solutions.

Required Skills:

• 5 years of hands-on data engineering experience.
• 1 year of in-depth Snowflake data warehousing experience, including practical development or implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals, including maintainable coding and technical problem-solving.
• Experience designing, developing and supporting production data solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, take ownership of deliverables and collaborate effectively.
