What You'll Do

Design & Build Modern Data Platforms

• Develop scalable data pipelines, data products, and analytics solutions.
• Engineer cloud-native architectures that support enterprise reporting and future AI initiatives.
• Optimize data models, transformation frameworks, and platform performance.

Drive Data Modernization

• Lead the migration of legacy reporting and BI environments to modern cloud platforms.
• Transform complex business requirements into scalable, reliable data solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance throughout modernization efforts.

Partner with Business Leaders

• Translate business challenges into impactful analytics solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor on data strategy, reporting architecture, and platform capabilities.
• Support strategic decision-making through reliable and actionable insights.

Champion Engineering Excellence

• Implement best practices in data governance, version control, testing, and deployment.
• Drive continuous improvement across analytics and engineering functions.
• Help establish scalable frameworks that support long-term business growth.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field

4+ years of experience in:

• Data Engineering
• Analytics Engineering
• Business Intelligence
• Data Platform Development

Strong expertise in:

• SQL optimization and advanced query development
• Power BI, semantic models, and DAX
• Spark, PySpark, and Spark SQL
• Python for automation and analytics
• Git and modern development practices

Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions

Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, DLT Pipelines, Databricks SQL, and Unity Catalog

Exposure to Azure, AWS, or cloud-native analytics platforms

Experience supporting enterprise-scale or customer-facing operations

Cloud, Databricks, or analytics certifications

Experience with data modernization, machine learning, or advanced analytics environments
