Senior Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and transform complex datasets into actionable insights through data exploration, profiling, and reconciliation
• Solve ambiguous business problems by building segments, proxies, and data intersections when clear definitions are not available
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to define data requirements for new features, experiments, and applications
• Perform rapid analytical iterations using Snowflake, SQL, Python, and Jupyter
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate data analysis, coding, and debugging processes
• Develop and maintain scalable, repeatable workflows using Python, Airflow, and Git
• Ensure data integrity through validation checks, documentation, and rigorous analysis
• Communicate insights effectively, highlighting key findings, trade-offs, and business impact

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Hands-on experience with exploratory data analysis (EDA)
• Proven ability to extract insights from messy or incomplete datasets
• Experience building and maintaining automated workflows (e.g., Airflow, Git)
• Strong understanding of data quality, validation, and governance
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a practical and analytical mindset
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly
• Self-starter with high ownership and ability to work independently
• Willingness to work in US hours
• Keeps up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
