Job Description:
As an Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Mall Acquisition, Incubation, and Offsite teams by providing valuable insights and conducting in-depth analyses of relevant data and information. Your work will directly contribute to the planning, strategizing, and decision-making processes of the organization.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that effectively communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify data-related issues impacting business processes and operational efficiency. Identify and propose improvements to existing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance analytical capabilities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive data strategies - including ad hoc reports, data standardization, data cleaning, and process automation - that ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and integrity.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and visualizations to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Mall Acquisition, Incubation, and Offsite teams to understand their requirements and provide proactive analytical support.
- Conduct research and gather market intelligence to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Management Engineering or its equivalent
- 5+ years in data analysis, preferably in a business or marketing analytics role
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to work independently and navigate cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business impact
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance and results
