Key Responsibilities
- Interpret data and analyze results using advanced Excel (Macros/VBA) and statistical techniques to generate ongoing reports.
- Develop and implement automated data collection systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and data quality.
- Acquire data from primary and secondary sources and maintain databases and structured data systems.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets to support business insights.
- Filter, clean, and validate data; review reports and performance indicators to identify and correct data or system issues.
- Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly status reports based on ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing data.
- Conduct monthly meetings to present reports, insights, and performance updates to management.
- Assist in IT Asset Monitoring and support IT asset financing tracking.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in Data Analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Macros, VBA, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Data cleaning and validation expertise.
- Report generation and dashboard creation.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
