Role Description

The Senior Data Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in Makati. This role is responsible for collecting, transforming, and analyzing data from multiple business systems to generate actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. The Senior Data Analyst will design and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for stakeholders. Daily tasks include performing statistical analysis, identifying trends and patterns, preparing clear data visualizations, and presenting findings to project teams and leadership. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, improving data processes, and promoting data-driven practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights using Power BI with at least 5-8 years of solid experience.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques, including experience with business intelligence platforms and data visualization software.
• Solid foundation in statistics, including knowledge of hypothesis testing, regression, and forecasting methods.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in data modeling, including designing and optimizing data structures for reporting and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with large datasets and relational databases; knowledge of SQL and relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is an advantage.
• Background in construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors is beneficial, with an understanding of project and operational data.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
